Vocational Training in Germany (Ausbildung)
Germany offers one of the world’s most respected vocational education systems – the Duale Ausbildung. Through AW-Recruiting, young professionals from Kenya have the chance to access high-quality, paid training programs in various industries across Germany.
The Ausbildung system combines theoretical education at a vocational school (Berufsschule) with practical on-the-job training at a German company. The training usually lasts 2 to 3.5 years, depending on the profession.
