Retail Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting customers with purchases and product information

• Stocking shelves and maintaining product displays

• Operating cash registers and handling payments

• Checking inventory and managing stock levels

• Keeping the store clean, organized, and customer-friendly

• Supporting promotional campaigns and seasonal sales

• Handling customer returns or complaints in a professional manner

• Friendly, polite, and confident communication skills

• Customer service mindset and strong work ethic

• Basic math skills and attention to detail

• Willingness to stand for long periods and work shifts/weekends

• Ability to work as part of a team in a busy retail environment

• German language skills at level B1 or higher (language training is provided by AW-Recruiting)
