Key Responsibilities:

Welcoming and attending to guests in hotels, restaurants, or cafés

Taking orders and serving food and beverages

Assisting in the preparation and presentation of meals

Ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and order in service and dining areas

Providing advice on menus and beverages

Supporting various departments depending on placement: reception, housekeeping, kitchen, or service
