I'm Asneth Wanekeya, the founder of this company, and I'm passionate about bridging the gap between skilled workers from Africa and the dynamic job market in Germany.
I grew up in Kenya, where I developed strong connections and a deep understanding of the local talent pool. Eight years ago, I moved to Germany to pursue my studies in nursing. Currently, I work as a nurse in Germany, and through this experience, I have gained invaluable insights into the country’s unique human resource needs and cultural nuances. This dual perspective has given me the ability to effectively connect talented professionals with opportunities in Germany.
My passion lies in creating opportunities for skilled individuals and helping them navigate the complexities of international relocation. Seeing talented professionals thrive in new environments and contribute to their new communities drives me every day.
